ChargeGuard processes detention and accessorial charge data on behalf of small-to-midsize US trucking carriers -- specifically load arrival/departure timestamps, shipper and broker free-time and accessorial terms, and related claim and account records, provided by you via manual entry, CSV upload, or an optional ELD/telematics integration you choose to enable. We collect only what is necessary to calculate charges and generate documented claims.
We do not collect personal information beyond what is required to configure and operate the service, and we do not sell, rent, or share your load, timestamp, or claim data with third parties.
We use the information you provide solely to:
Load, timestamp, and claim data is retained for the duration of your active engagement with Qiyadon. Upon termination, this data is deleted from our active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal or regulatory retention obligations.
We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your load, timestamp, and claim data against unauthorized access or disclosure. Access is restricted to authorized personnel operating under confidentiality obligations.
Each carrier's load, timestamp, and claim data is stored in isolated environments. Your data is never accessible to other clients.
If you choose to enable the optional ELD/telematics integration, we access only the timestamp data necessary to support your claims. We may also use other third-party infrastructure or communication tools in the delivery of the service. These providers are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the delivery of Qiyadon's services only.
We use minimal technical cookies necessary for the operation of this website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You retain full ownership and control of your load, timestamp, and claim data at all times. You may request deletion of your data, export of your records, or revocation of any connected integration at any time by emailing contact@qiyadon.com.
ChargeGuard's services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the primary contact on your account at least 14 days prior to taking effect.
